Photo shoots can be booked Monday through Thursday for $75 per hour.

Our space is a blank canvas, versatile & infused with natural light. Perfect for portraits, fashion, product, branding, family, lifestyle, food, maternity, & styled shoots. Please note: photographers must bring their own equipment.
You need to remove any personal items or rentals you brought into the space and take out the trash. We ask that you clean up any major spills but we have a cleaning team that will come in after your event is over to do a thorough clean.
do we have to clean up after our party?
Frequently asked questions
We have tables, chairs and furniture for you to use. We do not provide decor, but you're welcome to bring your own. We have ceiling hooks available for hanging lightweight items like twinkle lights or lanterns.
do you provide any decor, linens etc?
Yes, you are welcome to light candles but they must be contained in a votive or hurricane.
can we light candles?
You are welcome to book more hours the day before or in addition to your rental time. Extra set up time is not included.
can we come in early to decorate?
Of course! We offer tours via our digital calendar. Please inquire here to set something up.
can we see the space before we book it?
We're located in Lakewood, Ohio at 13000 Athens Ave., Suite 103. We’re in the same building commonly known as the Screw Factory or Lake Erie Building.
Where is the venue located?
You can bring in any food or alcohol you like. We have no restrictions on what vendors you can use.
